What is Familitime?

Familitime is a family discovery and planning platform that helps families find activities, events, experiences, recipes, crafts and other family-friendly opportunities in one place.

Is Familitime free to use?

Familitime is currently available as a free service for families during our beta period. Additional features and services may be introduced in the future.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account directly within the Familitime app using your email address.

How do I update my family preferences?

Open the app and visit your profile or preferences section to update your family information, interests and discovery preferences.

Why am I being asked for location access?

Location access helps Familitime show nearby activities, events and businesses. Location access is optional and can be changed at any time through your device settings.

How do I save activities, events or recipes?

Use the Save or Add to Collection options available throughout the app to organise ideas for later.

How do collections work?

Collections help you organise ideas such as Summer Bucket List, Rainy Day Favourites, Family Adventures and Places We Want To Visit. Collections are private to your account unless shared by you.

How do I report incorrect information?

If you notice incorrect business information, event details or accessibility information, please email support@familitime.app and include as much detail as possible.

How do I claim a business profile?

If you believe your business is already listed on Familitime, contact us and we will help you verify and claim your profile.

How do I add an event, class or camp?

Businesses and organisers can contact us to submit events, camps, workshops and activities. Email support@familitime.app.
